Warm days. Cold nights. Thin shale and calcareous soils. Strong Pacific winds flow through the Templeton Gap, slamming into APV's hilltop vines. This unique microclimate creates grapes with ripe fruit flavors, crisp acidity, and strong varietal character. Enjoy with foods that share these vines' Mediterrean heritage.
